This Privacy Policy explains how DIGIVOLT ("DIGIVOLT", "I", "me", or "my"), a digital marketing practice run by Chandrasekar MG (also known as Lion Chandru), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit digivolt.in or get in touch through this website.

• Google reCAPTCHA — helps prevent spam and automated abuse of the contact form. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts & Cloudflare (cdnjs) — deliver the fonts and icons used on this site.
• WhatsApp — if you use the WhatsApp button on this site, your conversation is handled directly through WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy policy.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It does use your browser's local storage to remember two small preferences:

• digivolt-theme — remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode
• digivolt-cta-seen — remembers that you've already seen the welcome pop-up, so it isn't shown to you again

Neither of these is used to track you across other websites, and you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in Formspree's systems and in my email inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or fulfill a project, or until you request deletion.

6. Your Rights

You can ask me at any time to:

• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information from my records
